Always the perfectionist, Caitlin has discovered her true calling working with couples to design and plan their most special day – their wedding day! With a strong business background, including a BSBA from the University of Southern California, Caitlin honed her event planning skills in the public relations and nonprofit industries where she successfully coordinated award-winning events ranging from 200-800 people with large-scale budgets. While designing her own fairytale wedding at Royal Palms Resort & Spa, Caitlin fell in love with the intricate details and creativity of wedding planning.

Caitlin has gone on to create seamless, beautiful, one-of-a-kind weddings for her clients at the most sought-after wedding destinations in Arizona, including Four Seasons Scottsdale at Troon North, Royal Palms Resort, Arizona Biltmore, Paradise Valley Country Club, Omni Montelucia, and El Chorro to name a few. Her constant positivity and unwavering commitment ensure that the wedding planning process and the wedding day are stress-free and joyous.

Family is what fills Caitlin's heart, and time, when she's not designing and planning weddings. The three loves of her life are her husband Ryan of almost nine years, her son Colton, and her daughter Cora. A Phoenix native, Caitlin attended Xavier College Preparatory and was a Flower Girl with The Board of Visitors, Arizona’s oldest women’s charitable organization.

My family is my whole world. Whether it’s swimming together, movie nights with popcorn and chocolate chips, or just giggling together, I’m happiest when I’m with my sweet Colton, Cora, and my husband Ryan.
Pure Barre has become a constant in my life. The community of people is amazing, and the workout is challenging. I’ve found with Pure Barre that I’m happier, healthier, and less stressed.
Girlfriends are good for the soul. I’m fortunate to have a close set of friends from my days at Xavier and USC as a Delta Gamma, who are always up for a girls night out or a glass of wine.
